a friend of mine has a 99 civic ex, stock height, and has 16 inch wheels to put on it. he has a new set of 205/55r16 tires that he wants to put on them. i know that something in a lower series is ideal, but should those things fit without rubbing on one of these? i don't want to waste my time...
